Order 527/2003, of the Minister of Agriculture, Forests, Waters and Environment approving the Rules for the system of inspection and certification and the conditions of accreditation of the bodies conducting inspection and certification in ecological agriculture (M.O. Nr. 613/29.08.2003)
Stipulates:
- The system of recording the producers involved in ecological agriculture;
- Organization of the system of control, the conditions of accreditation of the bodies of inspection and certification and the requirements of inspection that have to be used when monitoring the operators.

Stipulates:
- Rules for the import of ecological agricultural products and foods;

- Certificate form of importexport of ecological products.
