Conventional system
- 150 adult ostriches
- 50 reproduction stock, since 2001 – imported from Italy

For ecological production
The first demonstrative centre for broilers and layers raised in Label and ecological system was established in 2002.

 

Poultry stock:

2002 - 2004: - 500 GO – Transylvania naked neck and Sussex
                      - 1000 Barred Plymouth Rock broilers and all varieties of Transylvania naked neck

 

For bio certification:

- 1000 Layers – Rustic breeds/year – has own breeding stock 500 layers - 2005
- 1000 broilers/ 2 cycles/year – Total 2000 broilers - 2005
